Admittance Process
Those who have a short term visa
| One month before |
1 Fill in the application forms and send all application materials to UJS. 2 UJS will issue the admission permit. 3 The applicant applies for visa at the Japanese embassy. 4 The applicant can come to Japan once the visa arrives.
